Wonderful gift to the community to create an open and free yoga clas
It was my 1st Yoga class with Ita, my friends knows her and invite me to the class. I loved the flow on how Ita taught the class, the fact that was outdoors in contact with nature and fresh air. I’d like to learn more about Yoga and her class. Thanks a lot for this community experience that we all need in this time!
I love your in house classes, and how you have provided virtual classes during the pandemic. The class in the park was the icing on the cake.
Ita is an excellent yoga instructor. Love her classes. Always seem to be just what I need at the time. Her guided instruction is spot-on. Even if you can't see her, her guidance through the poses is all you need. Thank you Ita!
Ita is a fantastic instructor. Calming voice, movements are accessible, instruction/flow given at a good pace. Some instructors stress me out. Ita is a zen goddess.
