• All the staff is very personable and enjoyable immediately upon entering. The front desk girl is super sweet. The shampoo room and experience was the best I’ve ever experienced totally didn't expect that and I absolutely loved it it totally made my day! Sassy was awesome she listened to exactly what I want even though it’s hard for me to even articulate what I want with my hair so she was able to decipher it and cut it perfectly. I appreciate the time she spent it was above and beyond the norm with the shampoo and styling and she definitely knows what she’s doing! The lady who did my wax made me comfortable and took her time doing a good job. I have not for years been able to find a salon to establish with there usually ends up being something wrong with my cut or color one way or another so I just keep trying new places and it’s frustrating. So I am very pleased that I will definitely be a returning customer and have already recommended people there. Thank you ! Keep rocking !
