• Facility is very nice. Sauna, foot massage, chair massage are definitely differentiators from other places. Sarah listens, understands the problem and is great. I'm planning to become a monthly member soon.

• Shonda is awesome. She takes time to discuss not just things they I seek acupuncture to address but also my entire self. She is patient and doesn't rush through the appointment. The office is peaceful and staff is welcoming. Since receiving treatments at Isthmus Wellness I am experiencing a greater degree of personal wellness both mentally and physically .
