• From the booking to my leaving and everything in between, all was very easy, smooth, and handled with kindness. The staff members were all very lovely, compassionate, knowledgeable, friendly (without being pushy, which is essential for me), and helpful, especially with me having a slight disability. The facility was beautiful, wonderfully comfortable, and just what I was looking for in a salt cave (I had been to another salt cave at least 50 or more times, and this one was comparable in the best ways possible).
