• Would've given a 10 if timing was accurate. Oftentimes, the masseuse spend several minutes talking with you before the massage and gives you an opportunity to use the restroom but apparently, all of that time is counted towards your massage, which is less than an hour as it is, and there are times, when cut short, and I am told that we ran out of time.
