• The atmosphere is so calming and relaxing. The front desk staff is very friendly and outgoing. And the masseuse was wonderful.

• There was a problem with my gift card. Problem finding it when I booked the appointment and again when I checked out. I think the person who made my appointment should have put a note on my screen/record, so that I didn't have to wait while the receptionist tried to figure out why she was having a problem redeeming my Gift Card. I didn't really mind waiting, but it's an uncomfortable feeling when you give someone a GC and they have to ask alot of questions about who, when, where it was purchased. I'd already gone through this on the phone. It definitely should have been documented when booked so that checking out was as easy as checking in.
