• Shannon went beyond my expectations to try to gain access to a peripheral line. She did reach out for backup, but I knew her technique and experience were ideal for the job. My vessels were not cooperating. When we both agreed to stop, she did her best to make it a positive experience for me. I made an appt for a facial... also, the facility was larger than I expected which, somehow, was a nice surprise.
