Ilse's workshop was fantastic. You can tell how much she cares for her students even prior to class with her informative & welcoming email... and the class itself was perfect. Deep stretch asanas for the entire body mixed with the perfect amount of hands-on assists - also enjoyed her choice of music, readings, knowledge, and sense of humor! Absolutely loved it! ❤️ I think it was a 💯 hit with everyone who attended. Champagne was a nice touch at the end as well! 😉 Will def be back for more classes with Ilse!
