The studio is very clean and welcoming. The staff is wonderfully friendly and Emily South was a very helpful and wonderful instructor. She gently guided you when needed and clearly explained what we were doing and how to make modifications. The entire place made me feel relaxed and happy.

From the moment I walked in, I felt calm! The instructor was simply AMAZING and kind. She helped me during the class as well, since I am 7months pregnant. The design of the whole studio is great and makes me want to come back. The cold lavender towels at the end of class really put me into a peaceful and relaxed state and was exactly what I needed! I will be back and will tell all my friends to come as well!
