• Attention to detail (like sideburns, fade, hairline), beer & conversation about the beer/cigars, & the fact that you gave advice about how my haircut should be! I always think it's odd that places can't tell me what would look good, when THEY'RE the experts, not me. And this was the first time someone (Michael) explained why my hair sits weird & how I should part the other way.

• There was a delay checking me out w my boots. As a bartender/service industry person i was completely content waiting but the gent at the desk apologized andoffered me a beer for my troubles as he tried to figure out the computer system. I came on referral and my boots look great and the customer service will begreat. Will def come back.
