Children’s Yoga with Charlotte- our Daughter loves every moment and can’t wait until the next class. It has helped her physically development, She has struggled with PE Yoga with Charlotte has helped her develop in this area, also it has helped her confidence. The classes are fun interesting and mindful. I can not recommend Yoga for children enough. It is brilliant. Charlotte is so kind and caring. Thank you for having such a wonderful yoga class.

The reason I have given this score is because I am very happy with the classes, teachers, facility and service. The area has been in dire need of such a facility for a long time. The only gripe I have is with 24 hour cancellation policy and the charge I incurred having to cancel a charge giving 5 hours notice which at the time was as far as I was aware 3 hours more notice than the requested 2 hours - the email that was sent out was in my junk folder as is this one and all other emails from you except for booking confirmations so this has left a sour taste unfortunately. I was told previously that several people were having the same issue with emails going to junk and that Ironstone were looking into matter - I have looked to see what I can do at my end. Had I been lazy and just not bothered to give sufficient notice that would be fair enough but that was far from the case. Apart from this issue I would recommend and have always recommended Ironstone to friends and colleagues.
