I loved the Pilates class I did with Natasha! She was a fantastic instructor, really friendly and warm but also professional, explaining everything really clearly and the class flowed so well. I really felt like my body had worked hard and had a great stretch too and it really lifted my spirits on a Sunday morning which was an added bonus!

There is a good variety of classes, great intrusions and the facilities are lovely. The ironstone has adapted really well during the pandemic and continued to provide a range of accessible classes. They are clearly committed to encouraging health and well-being.
