This was my first ever Pilates class and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. The atmosphere was so relaxed and zen! The instructor was great at explaining each move making sure everyone was following the correct technique. Can't wait to return, I've booked two more sessions in the next week!

I received a very warm and personable welcome. I loved the vibe of the centre right from the calm aesthetic to the feeling that everyone is a friend not just a member. The reformer class was exactly what I was hoping and a great first try at it for me. Loved it.
