I attended the yoga and sound session with Olivia, it was so nice, relaxing and calming, I felt so chilled out, relaxed and peaceful . Olivia is a wonderful teacher who makes you feel at ease no matter what your ability is or where you are in your yoga journey, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Tea and cake after was a lovely touch too , Thankyou x
