• I always have a relaxing time here from the minute I step into the building. Ipswich herbal & spa are always clean and well presented, the lady's at the front are welcoming and I see Chris L for my remedial massage, he is such an expect in his field who understands my needs and work's on my body accordingly.

• The spa had a wonderful health & beauty atmosphere , giving you an instant feel of relaxation upon entry. The masseuse were lovely and we were happy with the massage and treatment we booked. The only thing that dampened our experience was the ambient noise level - the massage rooms are grand and well set up, however during the massage, we lost music for the first part of the treatment, eventually upon asking twice, music was put back on again however a more subtle relaxing music would have been better instead of romance instrumental music which was not as relaxing as usual spa music but it didn’t last and that was enough to help drown out the other noises. To us location, setting and relaxing music adds to the whole experience of enjoying a holistic relaxation spa experience. Otherwise the massage treatment itself was amazing and we would still be happy to recommend and return. Mr & Mrs Groves
