• I gave a 9 for the massage only. This experience was very disappointing in terms of the cost and time. We arrived 15 mins early and paid for the massage beforehand. We were expecting $90 per massage and ended up paying $99 per massage due to tax. We were not advised when my partner booked the appointment it would be an additional $18 for the both of us. We didn’t go into our appointment until 1:10 and got into the car at 2:00. Considering we booked for an hour massage we only got approx 45 min massage. Every time we have been here they are always on their ball. I understand therapist run late, however we paid for an hour massage and we did not receive this.
