Just one thing the young girl at the counter was very abrupt and quiet rude and as this was a birthday voucher from my sons would have actually liked to keep the print out but no chance was given to ask.she literally snatched it no eye contact I found her very very rude I've been quiet sick physically and mentally so first time out in awhile if the massage lady wasn't so lovely after checking in I honestly felt like walking out no warm experience as very rude young lady
