• The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite, friendly and extremely helpful . Dr. Kates was awesome! She was very informative and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. She was up front and honest about how many visits it would take to remove my tattoo and how much it would cost total. She was very personable and down to earth during the entire visit and made the visit as painless as she possibly could.

• The Receptionist is always very friendly, calling me by my name as soon as I come in. I have really gotten to know and like Dr. Miller and am deeply saddened that she will be leaving at the end of January. I will miss her.
