• It was easy to make an appointment. The session didn't last long. The process was explained prior to the therapy. My son felt energized and pain free afterwards.

• The staff are genuinely concerned for your health and why cryotherapy could be imperative for your recovery- whether you're recovering as an athlete/trainer or inflammatory diseases, or need invigorated - Invigorate Cryo is the place to be. And only 3 minutes or less fits anyone's schedule. To me, this location is the best in town. Every time I leave I feel even stronger and my body is thankful!
