I hope this note reaches the team: last Friday, I called Interlude for a last-minute blowout and I was able to secure an appointment an hour later without any issues. I was going to an event that I would be bringing a date on, and I wasn't feeling very confident; I hadn't been on a first date in a few years. Furthermore, I was feeling anxious about having my hair styled, as I just found out I have psoriasis and before my diagnosis, other salons refused to touch my hair. Anthony was my stylist; he was extremely warm and welcoming. I told him about my psoriasis and he assured me there was no issue, which made me feel at ease. He was always checking in and making sure my scalp felt okay throughout the appointment. Not only that, but Anthony was so kind and reassuring; we chatted about my upcoming date and I think he could tell I was feeling anxious. He shared a lot of wisdom with me and instilled a new sense of confidence. My blowout was fantastic -- my hair is extremely long and volume can be an issue for me, and even though I was far overdue for a haircut, Anthony made my hair look amazing. I received so many compliments, and I felt so much more prepared for my date. Not only did Anthony make me look good, he also made me feel good. Thanks Interlude, I'll be back!

I'm so very pleased with the treatment and service provided by Danielle. She made me feel exactly how I hoped to feel leaving the spa. I do aesthetics for a living and it's been so over due to have a treatment on my self, I was not let down.
