• This was my first visit! I came specifically for a massage from Gelly, which was amazing!! Also, the receptionist/host was so warm and friendly! I felt very welcomed. 😊

• I came in for a Classic Eye treatment. In consultation with my professional makeup artist I realized I should not get the lashes put on because of long lasting my winter eye irritation. She suggested to give me individual false lashes to see how they felt. I agreed to this. I was happy with the results. I said I'd be back in the warmer weather to try the permanent treatment. I did not feel pushed. I had trust in her. This is very important for me in my 74th year.

• Pleasant greeters at the front desk with a smile. Professional staff that take time for their customers. Well trained staff members. The spa just needs to have another bathroom. For the size of the spa, one bathroom is not enough for customers. Long wait time and the staff use the same bathroom as their customers.
