• it's such a friendly atmosphere, the folks at the front desk were so friendly. anthony is a wonderful stylist who asks lots of questions and was so knowledgeable (and passionate about hair) it made me feel less anxious about getting my haircut by someone new after years without going to a salon. i will definitely be back 🌻

• This is my third visit to the Spa and always has friendly service, very clean professional staff (Kelly and Danielle are great,) Super Relaxing !!!

• Staff were behind lovely as was the environment. We had a wonderful time. I did find that time was shirt to really enjoy the pool and salt room and sauna and cold plunge. We were told we had an hour but by the time we changed and then left time to change again we really only had about 30 minutes to try and experience these amenities. We were later told it was supposed to be 75 minutes. I loved everything but did find that given the time constraints the cost of this add on outweighed the level of enjoyment achieved.

• Lauren MacDougall really knows her craft well as an RMT. She is very knowledgeable around the theory of what she is doing while at the same time her execution of the needed treatment is also excellent.
