The staff was amazing! Front desk to upstairs! And Scarlet was the first hair-stylist that I've loved in years. Literally going to get my hair done by her here in Halifax (and I live in Ottawa).

Great service, excellent staff. Only hesitation and I did not call to discuss as I have not had time to do so, daughter got gel polish and by the second day the polish had popped off four toes on one foot, not chipped but the whole polish popped off and she did not pick at them. Her big toe and other foot seem to be fine.

I had great professionals, the atmosphere was great, staff were welcoming. I would suggest having a food menu offering for people doing a spa day. It was a long stretch without food.
