  • I was satisfied with my experience at Interlude Spa in Halifax. Shannon Scott was my massage therapist. She was very kind, relieved some tension at my back and shoulders that needs to be dealt with and explained what I needed to do. I will for sure book for more massages with her if our schedule meets🙂

  • Very nice pedicure. Quiet ambience and spa music, with the potential for a relaxed visit, however, there was a noisy conversation between a young woman and her esthetician about mostly nothing, for most of the hour. is there training of staff to maintain the atmosphere?
