Crista Davis is so professional and amazing at her job inside and out! It was my second time coming for a facial done by her and she really takes her time and does everything absolutely amazing and makes sure you’re comfort and relaxed and warm the whole time. Recommend to everyone to book a facial with her! The front line desk staff also super friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in!

Had a RMT appointment Friday with Jesse! The overall experience was excellent. Great service was provided and check in was quick and efficient. One of the most relaxing massages I’ve had in a long time!

All the practitioners and staff were really great and friendly. Could have been offered a drink while in the waiting area. Also think the bar/drink menu for extra costs comes off as a bit tacky. With the decor and brand it should be included but perhaps have a smaller menu option like a kit made red an white wine option and that's it to simplify it. Could offer sparkling and filtered waters as well as tea and coffee. Should have honey as an option for tea sweetener.
