They sent me an anonymous letter to my workplace and included was a gc for a spa package. I called to book the appointments and the booking process was seamless. I arrived to be greeted warmly and then connected with Hannah. Hannah took such care with my facial, pedicure and manicure that I will be allowing myself a little luxury in the coming months when I return for a tune up on my fingers and toes!
