• Been going since the 80’s when you had a pool in lower level. Have been to many spas around the world and in this province, it still is my favourite. My only suggestion is I came a bit early for a shower after my yoga. Honestly the showers need a real good deep clean and either a bench in the shower or a simple shelf to keep your products on. Having them on the shower floor does not fit the Interlude vibe or standards. I felt like I was at a highschool locker room shower. Thats my only constructive advice.:)
