Instructor was amazing!!! It was my first class ever and she made me feel welcome and not intimidated! She explained everything but kept pace for those who who had been there before. Plus she made accommodations if needed. Plus I felt amazing after!! The atmosphere and space were amazing as well!! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Christine is an amazing instructor who taught with intention and understanding of who was in the room. She fostered an extremely safe and caring environment so that each student felt comfortable to do what they needed on the mat. Not to mention, she is an amazing yogi and instructor who showed great care to form and technique. Lastly, the space at Intention is warm and welcoming.
