The studio is warm and welcoming with instructors who are knowledgeable, inviting! You feel amazing after class, whether that be energized, calm and centered, strong...whatever it is you needed to make you feel that sense of finding your zen. No matter how I am feeling when I walk in, I'm in a much better place physically and emotionally after I leave! Intention Yoga is just good for the soul!

Dee's class is very serene and gentle flowing from one position to the next It's helpful for myself and my son who are tight and Non flexible.
