It was my first visit and Missy was so welcoming and informative. The Pilates class was great!! my daughter didn't refer me so I should give her a shout out. Meghan Lever :) she lives in Boston, but comes to your place when she's home.

The class was actually hot. Most Hot yoga classes I have attended at this studio have just been warm when they say hot. The instructor took note of everyone's form, not just her friends or favorites or most frequent class members. Also, the studio is offering more classes than before. This gives me a chance to find something that works with my schedule

Studio is modern, clean with knowledgeable instructors and a variety of classes. The instructors do an excellent job providing modifications and extensions so everyone feels comfortable and gets a great workout
