I look forward to each of my appointments at Integrative Health. I can feel when my body is off I have both bone pain and joint pain. And I know that when I leave Integrative Health , it will be without that pain. I had two different car accidents that caused joint, damage, bone, misalignment, and muscle damage. I am also unable to take Nacids physical therapy with Micheal. Harmon has taken a healing approach for these aging bones. his work allows me to be able to do my daily activities as well as not being so much pain. I have started massages with Stella and she's found more muscle damage than I even imagined I had. I am continually impressed with how much more release I feel in my body when I leave and I enjoy my cryotherapy. Cryotherapy helps me get the water out of my joints which I seem to collect now that I'm older and I have arthritis. I also think it ihas helped my cortisol level. Integrative Health is staffed with knowledgeable and helpful people who do listen and direct you toward solutions.
