Between stress and tight muscles, I’m making my health a priority this year. I was a little nervous because I didn’t know what all to expect (I had only done acupuncture once 15 years ago and it was a one-time thing). Melissa had been recommended to me by a family member so I scheduled my appt. Melissa listened to my concerns and history with patience and warmth, as well as explained the benefits of acupuncture and what would make sense to do for our session that day. She also explained what she was doing during the treatment and answered any questions I had. I’m scheduled for another session in another week and look forward to getting my body in a more balanced, healthy and relaxed place!
