Mostly very good. Nice environment. Waited quite awhile with no one to let me know if things were on track. I know, Saturday. The person was not aware of the status of the gift card. I think she was a little concerned about getting paid. I didn't like her needing to worry. Thank you SO much for honoring the card. I saved it for a high need time but hadn't realized it was expired etc. So thank you so very much for that.
