I am able to ambulate because Micheal At Integrative Health puts especially the structure of my bones back in order. I have been able to get off of a leave because my pain level is so much more tolerable. And my kidneys needed me off Aleve. Teaching me how to strengthen up my body and stretch allows me to get a fair amount of the work, both in the garden and inside the house, done!
