• I was greeted by two lovely women. I was seen right away. The facilities are very nice, relaxing, and accommodating. The massage was excellent, and my therapist very friendly.

• Probably the best massage I've had. Karen's massages are both therapeutic and perfectly relaxing. Each session is a little different. For this one I particularly enjoyed the extra time she spent on my head, scalp and face. I will be asking her to focus on those areas next time as well because that was extremely pleasant. I will continue to recommend Karen at Integrative Healing Spa to all of my friends and family.

• My masseuse was fantastic and very polite. I felt so much better afterwards. She also went the extra mile by giving stretch practices for my problem areas to do at home. 10/10!!
