• Another great experience at Integrative with Karen. This one was extra special, as it was my first massage after the very long shutdown we all experienced due to Covid 19. I felt perfectly safe being screened at the door and all of the extra precautions taken were reassuring. The massage was only a little different than a pre covid massage, barely noticeable changes and still perfectly relaxing. As always, the perfect atmosphere. After going so long without a massage, I had a few extra problem areas built up due to being less than active while stuck at home. Karen seemed to find and work out all of these areas. Going without massage during lockdown, really reinforced the importance of Karen's therapeutic massages. I will continue booking 1-2 appointments per month with her and continue recommending Integrative's services to anyone.
