• I went in for a massage. It was a Christmas gift and I had forgotten about my girl card! So when I rediscovered it I called to make an appointment as my gift card was about to expire. They were nice enough to extend it for another month for me so that I could come! I'm glad they did. It was my first time getting a massage and It was an aroma therapy massage. Rachel was super nice and made me feel comfortable. Thank you!!:)

• It was my first time getting a professional massage. I was afraid it might be awkward but Amber was completely professional and made me feel at ease. She also answered some questions I had, and went above and beyond to give me advice about what I could do to help relieve my soreness. After the massage I felt very relaxed and loose. I would gladly recommend IHS to my friends.

• Amazing place! So zen and comfortable. All of the staff is so down to earth and helpful. Everybody means well and is extremely caring of their patients. The staff is so knowledgeable in everything they're trained in too. I felt very well taken care of. Right off the bat I was offered a drink! Can't want to book another appointment!
