• On a whim, I treated myself to a mini spa day! I am beyond happy that I did, and completely satisfied with the atmosphere and staff! Minna explained everything that she was doing and why, and made the whole experience very comforting! I can’t wait to come back! Thanks, girl!

• Trish was absolutely fabulous! I recommend this place to everyone I know, they give he best massages and facials. Their methods are so gentle and with care, and they truly care about the person and not just doing “a job.” I love this place and come at least twice a year for their services. Worth the money and one of the best spas in Upstate New York!

• Having reached the point several years ago of being in great pain whether laying down, sitting, or trying to walk due to collapsed disks and pinched nerves, I asked a specialist if massages might be helpful. The doctor said give it a try. I did, and I have gone nearly every four weeks for years. Not only do the treatments serve to loosen tight muscles that might otherwise interfere with daily life but I believe it also is preventative in nature so that new issues don’t crop up. I appreciate the are and knowledge the staff demonstrate.

• I have been going to Intergrative for a few years now. The staff and the environment are very welcoming. Amanda has been my go to for massages. I always feel amazing after I leave. Thanks again for getting those knots out and sorry for the snoring. ☺️

• I decided to make an appt for a facial at Integrative Healing Spa, after visiting many times for yoga classes. The facility is quite inviting...definitely gives off a feeling that you're about to be pampered, and pampered I was! The woman that performed the services was professional and nice to deal with, as were the ladies at the reception area. And the facial felt fantastic! This is an excellent place to go should you need to "press the reset button". Go try a yoga class, get a massage or facial, or buy yourself something nice--they have some reasonably-priced jewelry and pampering supplies for sale.

• I have chronic bursitis to my right hip. I'm been in pain for several years. An orthopedic stated there nothing to do except ice and NSAID. Trisha Woolson has been massaging and stretching my hip. The pain that I've felt for years is nearly non existent . Thank you Trisha.
