• I called the same day to get a 30 min sauna appointment, so I was happy/lucky that some time was available the same day. The front desk greeted me enthusiastically (as always) and everything was ready for me in the sauna when I arrived. The sauna wasn't all the way preheated and they gave me the extra time to have a full 30 minutes while the sauna was fully heated, and was able to take my time getting cleaned up and dressed after the session was done. Also I wanted to tip the front desk girl for having everything ready but she told me there's no tips for sauna sessions since no one is working on me, but I would've liked to be able to tip her on my card since I didn't have cash, as she was great!
