• I realized that the facials are not the same among technicians. I'll need to ask for specifics when I schedule the next one. For instance, the first facial included steam but the 2nd one did not. One facial included a gua cha roller and one did not. For consistency I will need to request the steam and the use of the gua cha roller.

• Both my masseuse and the lady who did my facial were excellent. And I want to commend you for hiring a person who is blind. My husband was legally blind, and I did job development for an agency that worked with people with vision and hearing loss, and I'm too familiar with the excuses and concerns of potential employers. But you did it ~ kudos!
