• A respectful and calm atmosphere, a fantastic masseuse who asked about and listened to my needs and concerns, who was also very flexible with changing up her routine for me. The massage itself was everything it needed to be, and I was told about some exercises and stretches I could do at home that would help me stay on top of my pain.
