• Crystal recently gave me a massage and in reality, it was like just what the doctor (and chiropractor and therapist) ordered. It was like getting these 3 in one! For me, getting a deep tissue Ashiatsu massage has helped me keep my form as a long distance runner. I have had only one minor muscle pull during the past 2 1/2 years and have completed 2 full marathons last fall at age 57. I believe this type of massage has helped clear up swelling in my right knee (which I believe was caused by tight & unrelaxed muscles). This massage was the most therapeutic and relaxing massage I have ever experienced.
