Alana is very thorough. Her class was very peaceful. The class was exactly what I needed. Even though the movements are still, I still feel like I received a workout and felt rejuvenated and relaxed. She always says the right thing to motivate me and to keep the class peaceful. I feel like I walk out a different person than when I walked in
