I forgot my instructors name but she was amazing. She helped me by correcting my posture when I needed it. I actually asked her if she was a massage therapist. I swear her hands were magical. Also, it was someone's birthday and they placed a tiara on his mat for a surprise. He wore it and took a picture with everyone there. It was a great ending to a very serious and productive class. I loved the balance and it made me feel at home and like part of a family.
