I always find the Inspire classes challenging and the Candlelit Flow class on Sunday was the same fantastic experience. Just the right mix of intense flow and yin. I left the class feeling amazing and (nicely) fatigued! Getting back into the classes after the summer (I find it a bit too hot unfortunately), can't wait for the winter mix of classes and finding my form again. Thanks Claire, Ellie and team! x
