I was late to my first session back in a long time, and after having a miscarriage and surgery three weeks ago, plus two poorly children I really needed to get back into something to keep my strength. You guys we’re welcoming and the session was amazing I felt soooooo much better when I came out and am so thankful that the allowance was made so that I could join in!
