• Attending a hot yoga sculpt class was an incredibly energizing and rewarding experience. The heat created a challenging yet invigorating environment that pushed my limits, while the combination of yoga, strength training, and cardio kept the session dynamic and engaging. The instructor’s (Siri) upbeat energy and motivational cues made the class even more enjoyable, inspiring everyone to give their best effort.
