• I booked a massage here after seeing all the five star reviews. Best decision ever. I arrived a few minutes late due to an accident on our route that cause a road closure. The front desk was extremely kind about it and didn't make me feel badly. They took me back right away so I didn't lose too much of my massage time. My massage therapist was Jake. Jake is extremely professional and made me feel more comfortable than any other therapist I've ever had. He really listened and customized my massage and made me feel like he was present and really cared about me feeling better. He also had the most comforting voice and persona. I wish I lived in the area (I'm from out of state), because I would definitely be a regular if I lived here. Thanks, Jake and Inspire!

• I enjoyed the customer service. The front waiting area could be have had more seating. There were only 2 seats for 4 people waiting, although we didn't wait long. The relaxation area in the rear was very nice and beautiful scenery and it was nice to have snacks and water.
