• I'm always greeted upon entering. Sometimes, like on my last appointment, I was offered water or coffee if not in the reception area then by my hair stylist. She listens to my requests when I have one. She also schedules my next appointment and I receive texts to remind me and to confirm 2 days ahead of time.
