• It is always stress-free when I visit InsideOut Health & Wellness. Today, I had the pleasure of having Jennifer as my massage therapist and she was wonderful. Pressure was perfect and she focussed on the areas I requested. But after 15 minutes, I was wondering why I hadn't booked an hour massage. Everyone from the front desk staff to other massage therapists, were so friendly. The bottled water offered was also a plus!
